There are so many books that I want to read right now. Some are old, some are newish but all of them are in my “want” file.
As you can see, I have a serious case of the “wants”. I am still trying to finish my one book before I can dive into these others. Because I’ve been so involved with this one book, I’ve not even looked at Edelweiss or NetGalley recently. What am I missing? Anything good?
What about you? What book are you dying to get to right now?
I didn’t love Today Will Be Different but sure do want to get my hands on All the Ugly and Wonderful Things.
Everyone I know, readers I trust, have loved Ugly and Wonderful Things.
I’ve got The Third Wife on my list as well. I’m looking forward to The Girl Before and Small Admissions from Netgalley , currently reading Home by Harlan Coben which i’m liking
After The Girls in the Garden, which I loved, I’ve added all of Jewel’s books to my TBR pile.
I’ve got that on my list to, I just read I Found You over the weekend and that’s my first Lisa Jewell, I want to read all of hers now, I loved her writing style
I Found You is her new one, huh? I asked for that one but wasn’t approved. Sadness.
I won it on a book reporter.com contest. It’s so hard to get Atria books on net galley I think
Like everyone else, I loved Commonwealth and The Mothers. Struggled a little with Cruel Beautiful World.
I just finished a fun Jane Austen, modern one. I really love how it diverged from the P&P of old. I’m not sure what to read next. Sad, isn’t it?
I love your choices!
Your list looks eerily like mine. I have some of them. I just need to get around to reading them.
Under The Harrow was good, would you like me to send you my copy? Just email me your address. I’m wanting Murakami’s latest, too, and also Patchett’s Commonwealth. Good things to put on the Christmas list!
Well, I can’t recommend The Mothers highly enough. The Nancy Jo Sales book was good but did make it seem like the sample of kids who were on social media constantly and did nothing else ever were ALL THE KIDS IN AMERICA. Which I simply don’t believe can possibly be the case. It’s still interesting though!
Many of these are on my WANT list too! But I’m so behind on my books right now so I am going to likely wait a bit before I get to any of these. Hopefully, you’ll get to them soon.
Hi Ti. So many good books, so little time! Your list looks good. I haven’t heard of Under the Harrow — so now you have me curious. Want to read that one as a read-together in Dec.? I have a couple books I have to get to first, but I enjoyed when we did that last Dec. Fun. hmm.
I have many similar wants as those on your list. I use NetGalley all the time, but I don’t know about Edelweiss. Can you give me a mini-lesson?
