It took me forever to decide on my first book of the year. I have so many books that I want to read, and if you are like me, you believe that it sets the tone for the rest of the year.
Sheila is hosting the event again and this time I wanted to join in. So, here it is:
A Good Neighborhood by Therese Anne Fowler.
What will you be reading?
That’s a great choice! I still haven’t decided on one yet 😦
That book seems like a good one. One that’s on my list to read. I’ll watch for what you think. And I have no idea what I’ll be reading first or even right now. I’m not in a slump, but not inspired right now. By the way, that picture is great! Such a nice one!
I’ve enjoyed Fowler’s work in the past so that should be a good one. You look so young in that picture!
Thank you for saying I look young. I think it’s because I had some rest with being off and all. Rest makes such a difference.
Great photo, Ti! Hope you enjoy your First Book. I’ve chosen mine, but still need to take the picture.
Can’t wait to see the review. I am going to read Reta Supetys’ Fountains of Silence.
I have to post about my first book of the year soon. I know what I’ll be reading — American Dirt.
I hope you enjoy A Good Neighborhood. I have my eye on that one and look forward to reading your thoughts on it. I started The Songs of Achilles by Madeline Miller, which I’ve heard such good things about. Have a Happy New Year, Ti!
Good photo Ti. And hopefully it’s a good read too.
I am liking A Good Neighborhood quite a bit.
Boy was this one a good choice to kick off your reading!
