Fredrik bachman and Jojo moyes are auto boys. Especially Fredrik bachman. The Winners? Absolutely gutted me.
Oh!! I have some catching up to do. I haven’t read The Winners yet.
Love what you’ve added. You can never go wrong with King. I’ve always liked Jojo Moyes’ and Lisa Jewell’s books. I love the name of that Woolf book – need to add it to my list. I’ve never read Mishima – need to add, too. So many great books!
Nice list! I already have Atmosphere and We All Live Here to read. My Friends and Never Flinch are on my WTR list
Interesting mix of reads and some authors I’d love to get hold of. Thanks for the list.
You’ve got some names I’m familiar with and some that I’m not. Will do a bit of exploring to see what you picked up. Thanks for sharing!
I have a lot of Japanese writers on this list. You know why? I was stalking some guy at the bookstore because he had interesting book picks and he picked nothing but Japanese authors so I added some to my list.
I love it! Stalking – do understand though. I’ve almost turned upside down at times to see what someone is reading. Probably looks weird. LOL
That’s the downside to Kindle reading. I can’t tell what people are reading out in public
I am so excited about SK’s Never Flinch!! Thanks for the heads-up.
Oh I know!! Never Flinch is supposed to include Holly in it too.
I’ve only read None of This is True, but I liked it. I also like your graphic; there is something very pleasing about it.
Thank you. I think I pulled that graphic right off of my TBR list on Goodreads.
The Japanese Lit novels look good. And it seems the Moyes novel has a positive fun vibe to it.
I sometimes just get overwhelmed by my TBR and wonder if I should just erase all the titles and start over. This looks like a fabulous list, but I haven’t done any research of nay of the titles and few of the authors, except Stephen King, of course. I love his writing but his horror-ific stories undo me.
King has been a lot more mellow this past decade. His stories seemed to be more character driven and less horrific.
I have to read the previous King book. I am falling behind! LOL Peter Geye writes some really atmospheric novels. I hope you enjoy that one.
Geye was one of the first authors I interacted with on the blog. He’s great.
