I am not going to follow the format of my regular Week Ahead posts because this is production week for The Music Man which means I am completely consumed with the show and all that goes with it.
The only downside is that I am also working this week. I would love to take the week off to avoid all the running around but I can’t see using vacation time for that, so I make do by leaving early.
My week will be filled with shuttling my son back and forth, working backstage, making lists, and then making sure all the kids have what they need before they go on-stage. It’s very exciting when the show starts but leading up to it can be a bit crazy.
Needless to say my reading has taken a backseat. All will be normal again by this time next week when I will be luxuriating in something called “free time”.

Oh…and the Superbowl? I normally attend a party given by a friend but I will be working the show so I won’t be able to experience the great food, the loud shouts or the very, very funny commercials. I’m not that into sports but I am rooting for Arizona!

Hamburger and I have a hot date to watch the Superbowl. We’ll be cheering for Arizona, too…and eating lots of junk food.
The Superbowl is really all about the food for me. Hubby makes the best pigs-in-a-blanket, and I look forward to them all year. I generally read during the game and pause to watch commercials.
When are you gonna have time to read? You need a break!
