
Okay, so some of you know that I participated in the first round of the Game On Diet this past summer. I was on team Ding Dong and of course, we were victorious as we blew the other snack cakes out of the factory! They didn’t know what hit ’em. This time around, some of them came back for some more but we also have some newbies joining us which makes it all the more fun. Let me tell you, book bloggers can be a fun group but toss in food and reading and well, I can barely contain myself! If you are wondering how I did personally the last time around, I lost 23 lbs total, as I extended my own game into 8 weeks. Since then, I have gained back 7lbs. Many of the good habits stuck, but not all, so I am using this round to get back into the swing of things. If you are at all tempted to do this yourself, get the book and join in on the fun.
