It’s a very big day today. Today is kindergarten testing for my daughter. That means that I get to leave work early. Sshhh! Don’t tell anyone! I have no idea what they will test her on, but hopefully she will be awake enough since I will be picking her up from preschool during her nap time. I know, not good planning on my part. I don’t know what I was thinking actually. I do plan to get her an ice cream cone right before (to perk her up a bit). I know it would perk me up.

Since I will be getting home early maybe I will actually make a dent in my to-do list. Hey, stranger things have happened. I just can’t function when things are piling up all around me. If I get it together, that will leave a nice, long evening of reading time. That’s my motivation!
