      That may be the same reason for me getting one. I have been weighing the pros and cons between the Nook, iPad and Kindle for the past three weeks. The competition means a better product but they keep one-upping each other.   My Kindle is new but still doesn’t have the long awaited 2.5 software update that they advertised. Patiently waiting for it to hit. It has all the features that I felt were missing from the Kindle.
